Service Description
Rent the entire Armory for the day. Your time starts at the reservation start time and ends at the reservation end time. No extra time before or after may be used without prior authorization. Rooms and spaces included: -Parking lot -Meeting Room -Gym -Kitchen *Damage/Cleaning Fee Deposit Required.* -Mail a $150 deposit check in advance to The Armory. (Space will not be reserved until the deposit check is received.) The check will only be deposited if the space is not returned to its original condition. - If you break or vandalize the building or equipment you will be liable above and beyond the damage and cleaning fee deposit. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation with us, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled activity. This will allow us time to make the necessary arrangements for other customers who may be interested in our services. If you fail to provide us with the required notice, you will not receive a refund. You may reschedule your reservation up to 4 hours before your scheduled activity without a fee.
